This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the website fullsearchaudit.com (the “Website”) uses, which of them need your consent, and how to give, refuse or withdraw it. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1.1. The Website is operated by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, registered office: ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000442857, NIP 5213641211, REGON 146433467 (the “Controller”, “we”), acting through its organised business unit “Full Search Audit” run by Vadym Borovskyi. Contact: hello@fullsearchaudit.com.
2.1. Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device through your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which keeps information in your browser without sending it to the server, tracking pixels and scripts, and requests to third-party servers made when a page loads. Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, storing information on your device or reading it requires your consent, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Where these technologies involve personal data, the GDPR also applies; the legal bases are in the Privacy Policy, section 3.
3.1. Strictly necessary technologies (section 4.1) work without consent. Statistics and marketing cookies (sections 4.2 and 4.3) are set or read only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, or switch on the category in “Cookie settings” and choose “Save my choice”; without your consent none of them is set. The banner appears on your first visit and offers “Settings”, “Reject all” and “Accept all” with equal weight and no close button; in “Cookie settings” the Essential category is always on and Statistics and Marketing are off until you switch them on. If you make no choice, the banner stays and no statistics or marketing cookie is set.
3.2. Google tags and the Meta Pixel. Until you consent, and after “Reject all”, the Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags are not run and send no measurement data to Google, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. After you consent, the tags for the categories you accepted are run, receive your consent choice and work as described in sections 4.2 and 4.3.
3.3. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the floating cookie button, or by deleting the cookies in your browser (section 6). Withdrawal takes effect for the future. Your choice is stored only in your browser, in the wpconsent_preferences cookie (section 4.1), so that we do not ask again on every page. After 12 months we ask again.
4.1. Strictly necessary (no consent needed). Set by our own server or in your browser only; your consent choice is passed to the tags you have accepted (section 3.2):
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| fsa-cur | the Website (localStorage) | remembers the currency you chose (USD or EUR); written only after you use the currency switch | until you clear your browser’s site data |
| fsa-vat | the Website (localStorage) | remembers the region you chose in the VAT switch on the pricing page; written only after you use the switch | until you clear your browser’s site data |
| wpEmojiSettingsSupports | WordPress (sessionStorage) | records whether your browser can display emoji | until the browser tab closes |
| wpconsent_preferences | the Website (first-party cookie set by our consent plugin) | stores your choice in the cookie banner (categories accepted or rejected) so that the Website can apply it and restore the consent signals | 12 months |
4.2. Statistics, only after your consent (section 3.2). Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Purpose: to measure how the Website is used (pages viewed, where visitors come from, device and browser, approximate location derived from the IP address, events such as sending a form, without its content). Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We keep event-level data in our Google Analytics account for at most 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | distinguishes visitors | 2 years |
| _ga_<container ID> | Google Analytics | keeps the session state | 2 years |
4.3. Marketing, only after your consent (section 3.2). Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, as above) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, “Meta”). Purpose: to measure whether a visit from our ad led to an action on the Website (a page view or a form sent, without its content) and to show our ads to people who visited the Website (remarketing or retargeting) on Google services and partner sites, and on Facebook and Instagram.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | links the conversion to the ad click | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google Ads | stores the click ID when you arrive from a Google ad | 90 days |
| IDE | Google (doubleclick.net) | remarketing and measuring ad views across websites | 13 months |
| test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | checks whether your browser accepts cookies | 15 minutes |
| _fbp | Meta Pixel | distinguishes visitors for Meta ads | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta Pixel | stores the click ID when you arrive from a Meta ad | 90 days |
| fr | Meta (facebook.com) | ad delivery and measurement | 90 days |
Lifetimes are as set by the provider at the date of this Policy; the provider may change them, and a browser may shorten them. We check and update this table when the technologies change.
4.4. What we do not do. We do not send what you type in our forms (name, email, company, message), even in hashed form, to Google or Meta, and do not build advertising audiences from form data. Fonts are served from our own server. The “Order” buttons open a pre-filled email in your own email program and store nothing on your device.
5.1. Google. For Google Analytics 4, Google processes data on our behalf under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. For Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing), Google is an independent controller under the Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms and uses the data also for its own purposes, as described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can control Google ads at adssettings.google.com and block Google Analytics with the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5.2. Meta. For the collection of data through the Meta Pixel and its transmission to Meta, we and Meta are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR) under Meta’s Controller Addendum; the essence of that arrangement is that we are responsible for informing you and obtaining your consent on the Website, and Meta is responsible for the processing after it receives the data, including for answering your requests about it. You may also exercise your rights against us (Article 26(3) GDPR). Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy; ad settings: facebook.com/adpreferences.
5.3. Transfers. Data collected by Google and Meta may be transferred to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. At the date of this Policy both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an adequacy decision of the European Commission; the providers’ terms additionally contain the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details: Privacy Policy, section 4.
6.1. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the floating cookie button, or delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings (Chrome: support.google.com/chrome; Firefox: support.mozilla.org; Safari: support.apple.com; Microsoft Edge: support.microsoft.com). Clearing site data resets your currency and VAT region choices and your cookie choice, so the banner appears again. Blocking storage does not stop the forms or the order buttons from working. We do not currently read browser signals such as “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”; your choice in the banner is what counts.
7.1. Where these technologies involve personal data (for example an IP address, a cookie identifier or a click ID), the Privacy Policy applies, including your rights and the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl) or, in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We update this Policy whenever the technologies on the Website change; the current version and date are shown at the top. Questions: hello@fullsearchaudit.com or the Controller’s data protection contact in the Privacy Policy (rodo@twojstartup.pl).
