This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of fullsearchaudit.com (fullsearchaudit.com/terms/, § 8). Words with capital letters have the meaning given there; “Invoice” means the pro forma invoice sent before payment. The Services are sold and invoiced by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”, ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000442857, NIP 5213641211 (the “Seller”, “we”).

Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid.
2.1. The Start of Work is the latest of these moments: your payment reaches us; you approve the buyer questions (and, where included, competitors and key pages); and, for Services that use your Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 exports, we receive the exports (Terms of Service, § 3 paragraph 8). Checking your website and drafting the questions happen before the Start of Work and are not charged if you cancel before you approve. For Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights, § 3 paragraphs 12 and 13 of the Terms of Service also apply.
3.1. Before the Start of Work you may cancel at any time by email to hello@fullsearchaudit.com; we refund 100% of the price paid.
3.2. Unsuitable website. If, before or after the Start of Work, we find that your website cannot be audited (Terms of Service, § 3 paragraph 10), we tell you and refund 100%.
3.3. After the Start of Work the price is not refunded if you change your mind or stop cooperating; we complete and deliver the Report on the basis of the approved brief and the data available to us. Sections 3.4 and 3.6 still apply.
3.4. Late delivery for reasons on our side. If we do not deliver within the delivery time confirmed with your Invoice for reasons on our side, you may cancel by email at any time after that time has passed and before delivery, and we refund 100%; or you may wait for the Report. Delays caused by you (missing information, approval or exports), by outages of third parties beyond our control (AI assistants, data services, advertising platforms) or by force majeure are not reasons on our side; we then tell you the new delivery date.
3.5. After delivery the price is not refunded. We correct factual errors free of charge and handle complaints under § 4 of the Terms of Service; only where a justified complaint cannot be remedied within a reasonable time do we refund part of the price in proportion to the missing part.
3.6. If we cancel your order for missing cooperation before the Start of Work (Terms of Service, § 3 paragraph 8) or cannot perform the Service for reasons on our side, we refund 100%.
3.7. If your Google Ads spend or number of accounts is in a higher price band than declared, or your EU VAT number is not valid and Polish VAT applies, you may pay the difference or cancel for a 100% refund (Terms of Service, § 5 paragraph 5).
3.8. Add-ons follow the Audit they belong to: refunded in full whenever the Audit is refunded in full, and otherwise only under § 4 paragraph 5 of the Terms of Service. An add-on you remove before the Start of Work is refunded in full. If an AI assistant or data service becomes unavailable before the Start of Work and you do not accept a substitute or the Audit without it, we refund 100%.
3.9. If the second Audit discount applied and the second Audit is refunded, the refund is the amount actually paid. If the first Audit is refunded in full, the discount on the second is no longer due. The discount applies to the AI Search Readiness Audit, the AI Search Visibility Audit and the Full Search Audit only (Terms of Service, § 5 paragraph 6).
4.1. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. The fee for a month that has started is not refunded, except that we refund the unused days if we end the service during a paid month for reasons on our side, and the whole month if the monthly Report is not delivered for reasons on our side.
5.1. If you are an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights (Terms of Service, § 1 paragraph 10 point 4), you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of payment under § 7 of the Terms of Service. If you did not ask us to start early, withdrawal gives a 100% refund; if you asked us to start early and withdraw before the Service is fully performed, you pay for the work performed in proportion to the full price and we refund the rest. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that mandatory law gives you.
6.1. The sample report and the contact form are free. There is nothing to refund.
7.1. We make refunds within 14 days of the day the refund becomes due, by the same method you used to pay (bank transfer to the account the payment came from, or through the online payment method you used), in the currency you paid in, unless you agree in writing to another method that costs you nothing. Fees and exchange rate differences charged by your own bank are not refunded. Where a refund follows a payment for which a VAT invoice has been issued, the Seller issues a corrective invoice. A refund never includes costs you incurred on your side.
